How it Began
It all started with a sore back and tired muscles. In 1994, Carl Z. Martin was delivering sheds for a living. The long hours and seemingly wasted time loading and unloading storage sheds started him to thinking. Two years later he began working in a little shop along Creek Hill Road in Central PA. Working alone he started incorporating his ideas and designs. He started building trailers that made a day shorter.
Creek Hill Welding quickly expanded and in 1998 moved to its current location along Mill Street. With the acquisition of the Ringo Hill and United trailers, Creek Hill Welding has now expanded its force to include all Flat Deck needs. Creek Hill Welding has earned the reputation of a leading trailer manufacturer and supplier to the great Central PA area.
The Trailer Shoppe
Over the years, Creek Hill Welding expanded to such a degree in a retail and service manner, that it became a necessity to split off a sister company to handle the trailer parts, accessories and repair. The Trailer Shoppe was established in July 2004. The Trailer Shoppe has a service department to provide PA State inspections, repair any trailer, install hitches on vehicles, and troubleshoot wiring etc.
The partnership of these two companies provides you, the customer, with a wide variety of trailers and options. The companies are dedicated to its customers by putting an emphasis on strong Biblical principles and true Christian values.
